Before shampooing, wet hair and apply liberally in sections, from roots to ends. Leave the mask on, out of the shower, for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in the shower. Shampoo & mask as usual with our Nourishing or Strengthening system. If you have naturally oily or fine hair, you may want to shampoo twice. Use once a week or whenever you feel your hair needs a pick me up.
